Shipping times for orders received after midnight are calculated from the following business day. Note that there are exceptions for certain products.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Availability of tracking is based on the different carriers we use. If tracking is available, we’ll send the tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes the shipping method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up the tracking code.

Q: Do your shipping speeds include production time?
A: Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to the address provided.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the package and shipping speed selected.

Q: Are your shipping times guaranteed?
A: After adding an item to your cart, we’ll show you the promised delivery date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, unpredictable weather conditions and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t arrive on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours?
A: Typically, all deliveries will be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday.

Q: My package was supposed to arrive today, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. And feel free to contact us at any time – we’ll be happy to help.
